In relationship therapy, we extend that focus to the dynamics between you and those you care about. Here, we work together to explore how your individual stories influence the relationship, and how, with understanding and empathy, you can create more meaningful, supportive connections.
In both forms of therapy, the aim is to nurture healthier, more authentic relationships—both with yourself and with others—recognizing that they are beautifully interconnected and essential to your overall well-being.
